Hello Friends,

We are glad to present to you our very own Blog and hope you guys are excited to finally see it.

The key purpose to create this blog was to provide you all with a platform to create, express and redefine/inspire your thoughts through the means of writing and instill a greater sense of belonging among us, which can only be felt when we know and understand each other better and share a bond that brings us closer together.

Like X-Men's 'Brotherhood of Mutants'  wherein every mutant possesses a unique quality, even we are all exceptional in our own special ways and each one of us has unique qualities of our own.  We intend to help you bring out that creative side which has been lurking somewhere in the confines of your mind and use this as a medium to express yourselves creatively and get recognized for your contributions.

We need to evolve into a new breed and embrace a fresh perspective towards life and work, so that our lives do not seem monotonous and our minds do not succumb to stagnation. We must broaden our minds and our horizons, so that we constantly grow and learn by innovation and experience and explore the hidden elements of our personalities.

Another important purpose for creating this blog is to encourage reading and writing which are important tools for developing  our communication skills and improving one's vocabulary.
You can use this blog to post your articles, poems, your personal movie reviews, or simply pen down a thought that crosses your mind and post it so that we know and understand you better and share our interesting experiences.  You can also share your views or voice your concern over a particular subject, provided it does not harm the sentiments of anyone.

This blog belongs to us all and you can publish your posts over it whenever you desire, however, you are expected to use it responsibly and follow certain important guidelines in order to prevent the blog from being misused. Please ensure that you abide by the following rules:

No Explicit comments / abusive language to be used on the posts.
No personal / private messages to be shared on the blog
No personal criticisms targeting a particular individual to be posted on the blog

The team leaders will be the Administrators for the blog and all changes / modifications in its format /design /content can be done only by them.  Also, the posts would be regularly monitored and any inappropriate material/content would be removed immediately and appropriate action would be taken against the individual responsible for the post.

Our primary objective is to create a strong bond within the BMS family and ensure that we use this blog to attain that sense of unity and brotherhood among us which would encourage us to realize and implement a few important core values which have been an integral part of our work so far and are the fundamental aspects which we need to focus on, in order to enhance our service quality standards.  
I sincerely hope that this blog proves to be of immense help to all those who use it and it would certainly help us  grow as individuals and as a team which would eventually bring us closer together.

As Henry Ford once said “Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success."   I believe that this beginning would plant the seeds of determination and growth in our lives which would in due course reap us a great harvest of joy and success.
