Ready for IPL

Hi guys and gals,

So Ipl is live and the heat is on would love to hear from you all how is your experience so far?? 

Well I think its great, I still remember 6th April so distinctively, first IPL season for me was little worried little nervous and also was looking forward to it and what to say what an amazing day, such pressure such immense work load but it was so much fun really enjoyed all of it. Best part of it was I was happy to resolve and I mean conclude the customers issue's of course it was with the help of our TOM's and TL's but still there was a satisfaction in all of this, it was a day I will remember always and for its positives.

These kind of situations teach you to cope up, to fight back and to see how good are you, I now know what I can do and I Am Up for it Are U ???

This is 'WAR'

Dear Members of the Brotherhood,

I Just wanted to take this opportunity to thank all those who stretched their shift timings for us today and it was great to see everyone working in such a dedicated manner.

IPL has finally commenced and it is going get tougher as the days pass by.

But as they say 'When the going gets tough, the tough get going' and we would only be able to handle the work pressure if we get  together and exceed our abilities and expectations which would include extending our shifts and focus entirely on work during these 2 months.

This is like the War Season' where we are soldiers at war fighting for a common purpose.

We as soldiers need to be headstrong and determined in our approach in order to accomplish whatever tasks that are expected of us. Like a soldier, you must never back down and always remain ready for a challenge. A soldier can never let his/her health or other personal issues affect the state of mind during war and he/she must always be prepared to give their best.

We expect the same out of you. You are our soldiers who are now supposed to go on a war footing and we are confident that you would not let us down during this crucial period at work. This battle will be fought till the end of next month and we assure you that your effort would be well rewarded/appreciated at the end of it.

There are three types of workers: those who get things done, those who watch things get done, and those who wonder how so much got done. Where do you think you fit??

We would always be there with all the required support, help and guidance that you need and all we expect from you is your total dedication and determination.

This is achievable and we would certainly achieve it. I hope this support and dedication is received from all of you and we come out victorious in the end.

Two days of fun....

Hi friends,

Just wanted to say that the last two days were just too much fun. It was an amazing Women's Day in BMS, the party as well as the dinner and the week off on the very next day......YAY !!!!!

It was so good to be with all the girls, we got chance to talk about things outside the office and share views and discuss so many things.Firstly I would like to thank Swati, Nivi, Push, Komal Mam and Shanaya to wonderfully plan this and to bring it in to reality.Got to know the other side of them which I guess would not be that easy if this outing would not take place.The game about the question and their answers was pretty cool :).

After this outing I was blessed enough that I got my week off ty my mentee :) Abhi coz he swapped his off with me for his reasons but I am glad i agreed to it.

Well the week off went amazing too, got to go SHOPPING ;) who doesn't love that and to add to it also saw the movie 'Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster' would not say it was very good movie.. it was fine, for a change it was good as not the typical Bollywood love shove type movie. I watched the movie for one of my fav actor Irrfan Khan and really his look is good I mean really good you would enjoy the movie if you like a lil intense kind of movies where you can scratch a lil bit of your brain and if you like to think and analyze a movie..  Over all I liked it and I would say you can definitely watch it once and enjoy it too...

Have Fun People.... Ty BMS for a very good Women's Day and special thanks to all BMS men who did help us in their own sweet ways by taking the work responsibilities on themselves and letting us enjoy our  moments. Guys you all are very much appreciatied.

Write it Out

Hi People,

You know what there is a small thing i would love to share this might help you'll too, when ever there is something constantly coming up in your mind and you dont really know how to get rid of it please try and talk to yourself it helps and even if not that write it out this one surely works :) {personal experience ;)}.

Writing not only removed out all that was within me which should not have been there in the first place, it also cleansed me. Suddenly i was light as a feather.. just floating with the wind. Made me realise there'ss some place i can pour my feeling out without actually having to say it....

Guys and Gals please try this it really works :) ..... Go Ahead And Write It Out .
